POSITION OVERVIEW

Diligent is looking for a Senior Technology Program Manager to facilitate Agile methodologies and positive change across one or more of our Product & Engineering teams. The Technology Program Manager should have excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, they will need the ability to coordinate people and projects with a mindset on delivering value and ensuring business objective are achieved.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Scrum master role.
  • Manage the delivery team(s) to meet key milestones, identifying risks and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), TFS etc.)
  • Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, increasing transparency and measuring success and value delivered
  • Excellent communication with the ability to connect and engage across multiple teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; must be capable of focusing and maintaining project directions and be able to lead and motivate teams of specialist technical and/or business resources, as well as management of stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving, analytic, and time management skills working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Works on more complex projects / programs involving stakeholders from different disciplines.
  • Able to define program goals, communicate project progress and status, manage dependencies, track and mitigate risk.
  • Communicates clearly based on seniority / interest of the audience.
  • Has excellent understanding of processes and ensures those are kept by mentoring and coaching the teams and less senior program managers.
