Responsibilities:
- Leading from the front, while also designing, planning and owning the end-to-end delivery of programme work with multiple project sub-projects/workstreams.
- Monitor Programme risks and implement responses to them, managing delivery constraints and optimising the plans to minimise risk
- Adhering to all Governance standards and guidelines, while maintaining accurate RACI and RAID logs for the overall programme.
- Identifying the key business stakeholders and leading on defining the business case. You will also lead on programme objectives, scope and a agreed set of expected benefits/outcomes
- Coordinate planning across multiple Technical Delivery Managers and delivery teams, giving due consideration to company-wide priorities
- Support Portfolio Delivery PMO team in development and implementation of frameworks and methodologies that ensure management of programmes will be comprehensive and consistent across different programmes and portfolios.
