Position Description

  • Monitor the calls for tender for different regions.
  • Notify sales representatives of any new tender opportunities and follow up on them.

  • Study the Terms and Conditions of each Invitation and assess potential risks for the. company. Submit them for internal opinion if necessary.- Coordinate necessary tasks and submit the offers within the required deadlines and in accordance with the rules of the public tender procedures.

  • Notify sales of contracts won, lost, and deadlines to anticipate their renewal.

  • Ensure establishment and follow-up of contractual documents (amendments, agreements, contracts, tenders).
  • Manage the distribution of these documents, their classification and archiving.
  • Process complaints, investigate / resolve problems related to the day-to-day administration of tenders and contracts.
  • Keep Tender database up to date in Sales Force.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Ideally 1 to 2 years’ experience in project management in Contracts/Tenders roles.
  • Fluent in French, communicative in English.
  • Office and Excel skills in particular, CRM/Salesforce.com experience desirable.
  • Experience within medical or biotechnology industry would be an advantage.
  • Legal background is a plus.
  • Ability to work on complex documents, and to assess the consistency, quality and compliance of tenders and contracts.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and to work in a fast paced environment.
