Senior Test Engineer - TS/SCI Required

cFocus Software seeks a Senior Test Engineer to join our program supporting DHS in Washington, DC, Capital Heights, MD, and Springfield, VA. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 14+ years of specialized Testing experience
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Active Security+CE certification.

Duties:

• Automates geospatial and non-geospatial test plans and test cases based on requirements, user stories and technical specifications.
• Reviews quality specifications and technical design documents.
• Creates detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Provide mentoring to other QA team members, develop test plans, design and execute test cases, including but limited to the; execute test automation scripts, development of automation testing scripts to verify data, and review of back-end trace stacks to identify application errors and exceptions.
• Evaluates and makes recommendations for automation testing frameworks and strategies.
• Designs and develops automated testing tools. Ensures replicability and compliance with standards.
• Estimate software-testing costs and schedule.
• Install and configure and maintain automation testing framework to multiple environments to allow testing in dev, preprod, prod environments.
