Summary of the role
We’re currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Test Manager to lead and optimise the testing processes. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of critical projects within a well-established organisation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the life and pensions sector, coupled with extensive experience in test management.
This role is based in either Edinburgh, Bristol, and Peterborough, offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement with a typical schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Quality Assurance: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Manage Offshore Teams: Lead and coordinate efforts with offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of testing activities.
- Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously assess and refine the testing processes as part of the Test Competency function.
- Report to Leadership: Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Meet Critical Deadlines: Ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within scope, driving successful project outcomes
