Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Senior Third-Party Risk Manager to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $71.92 to $81.93 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:

- Manages a team responsible for the development of standards and requirements supporting the ongoing monitoring processes/standards of third parties.
- Supports compliance to third party regulation within the geographies the TD operates
- Provides thought leadership related to TPRM activities and program improvements that can be Third party onboarding processes and owns the strategy and roadmap to achieve the desired target state for those items
- Provides thought leadership related to enhancing third party risk management processes
- Stays current with emerging third-party risk trends and regulation
- Has oversight of the effective execution against specific program requirements, and has accountability to identify themes driving noncompliance
- Establishes testing and oversight model of the first line to support compliance to TPRM program requirements
- Collaborates with Vendor Management to ensure clear understanding of TPRM’s essential partnership in mitigating third party risk
- Plays a key role in responding to regulatory requests related to third party risk assessment, performance monitoring and related to post contract activities
- Contributes to the strategic direction of the TPRM function by having industry, external and internal business awareness, recognizing and anticipating trends, identifying issues and opportunities, and recommending actions to Leadership
- Builds and leverages internal and external relationships to support third party risk management
- Contributes to the research, analysis, and production of regular and ad-hoc reports produced by TPRM
- Manages, coaches and mentors direct report, Manager(s) level TPRM team members
- Promotes a positive work environment that encourages proactivity, productivity, innovation, creativity, teamwork, quality analysis and consulting.
