VelocityAP is a manufacturing brand of performance products for exotic cars, with over 150 dealers world-wide. We specialize in exhaust systems and tuning products for Aston Martin, Jaguar, Range Rover, McLaren, Ferrari & Lamborghini. TIG WELDER/FABRICATOR:

We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced “TIG Welder/Fabricator” to join our manufacturing team. Our ideal applicant has experience TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum, as well as experience with MIG welding processes and various grinding tools. You should also be able to read blueprints or technical schematics. Previous fabrication experience is preferable, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
We expect our team members to have strong attention to detail in order to maintain quality standards and ensure the workplace is safe anyone inside our facility. Applicants should be able to take direction and execute to the standards set in place by VelocityAP, as well as be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks. Only the highest quality products will be acceptable for our growing customer base.

WELDER/FABRICATOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience welding, preferably in a production environment (Welding certification is preferred)
• Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including TIG welding, MIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals
• Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment
• Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols
• Note:
• Only candidates who are chosen for a follow up interview will be contacted. Starting wage is dependent on experience, with room for advancement. After a 3 month probationary period, extended benefits will become available to the employee(s).
  Starting Salary: $25.00 - $30 hourly, extended health and dental and participation in employee profit sharing program after 3 month probationary period. Estimated annual bonus of 15-20% on top of wages, paid quarterly. Room for advancement.
