REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Proven and substantial experience in designing and implementing control systems for complex projects.
- Strong proficiency and experience in control systems
- Leadership experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Design skills and specification writing skills are essential.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction
- Right to work within Australia
- Rio Tinto, Fortescue and BHP experience highly regarded

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior to Lead Control System Engineer to join our growing team. As a senior member of our engineering group, you will play a crucial role in setting direction and ensuring excellence in control system development for our innovative projects.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of green and brownfield projects across the resources, energy and agricultural sectors.
You will lead control system engineering projects including developing and reviewing specifications, PLC and SCADA implementation, testing and commissioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of control system projects.
- Set direction and ensure compliance to quality management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems into overall projects.
- Mentor and guide engineers to foster skill development and team success.
- Conduct process and system audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation for our clients; and
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
