Description:
TRAINING/UPSKILLING LOCAL P&O TEAMS ON TOTAL REWARDS (IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MVH INT’L TR TEAM):
- Take responsibility for overseeing Total Rewards governance within AniCura, leading internal alignment and approval processes (AVP, GBCT).
- Lead change management efforts for signature processes, such as job and pay frameworks and merit systems.
- Upskill local P&O teams on new global processes, including mobility and car schemes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and financial modelling to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead non direct reporting cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

As a Total Rewards Specialist at AniCura, you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing our total rewards programs. You will provide expert support to P&O associates, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive key rewards projects. This role requires you to be a key player in enhancing compensation and benefits structures across our international organization.
