Senior Track Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a talented Senior Track Supervisor to join our Rail team and work on the successful delivery of the track works associated with the Sizewell C project.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in Track Renewal, or working in a Railway Construction Environment including the planning, delivery and installation of Track, and Civil Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Rules & Regulations, H.A.S.A.W.
• Excellent knowledge of Network Rail standards and company processes and procedures.
• PTS and COSS certified.
• Collaborative and influential leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and driven, with ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator using verbal and written methods with ability to build relationships across the team on site.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

• Undertake PGI / Safety inspections.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with Rules, Regulations and appropriate Safety Legislation to deliver work in planned and safe manner.
• Liaise with the CREs to ensure progressive quality assurance.
• Ensure works are handed back on time and on budget.
• Responsible for the detailed planning and execution of Track Renewals Works as allocated by the Construction Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong Client and Stakeholder relationships.
• Undertake briefings on planned works to Subcontractors
