Desired Qualifications:
- Administrative support experience in banking or finance operations services
- Knowledge and understanding of Asset Based or Commercial Lending
- Experience supporting finance or accounting functions
- Knowledge and understanding of wholesale lending products such as letters of credit, leases, and trade products
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing sills

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trade Services Processor within Trade Services as apart of Wholesale Lending Operations. This role will be responsible for servicing and supporting trade service products including issuing letters of credit, processing documents, collections, lending, forfaiting, export credit and financing, and factoring. In this role, you will:
- Provide support for processing new collections, payments, trade acceptances and tracing outstanding items
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
- Provide all letter of credit services to customers
- Perform complex services including opening letter of credits, processing payments and informing customers of discrepancies
- Assist with distributing, reviewing work, training and guiding less experienced staff
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
- Process complex, non-standard and time sensitive letter of credits
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
