Description:

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as an United States Navy (USN) Cryptologic Technician (Collection)
  • USN Master Training Specialist (MTS), 8MTS and/or Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) 702C is preferred
  • Knowledge of National Security Agency (NSA) Network (NSANet) databases and SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA)
  • Completed a minimum of one deployment assigned to a Ship’s Signals Exploitations Spaces (SSES) for at least 90 days
  • Have held Navy Enlisted Code (NEC) C21A/9161; additional codes can include C18A/9147, C19A/9149, C16A/9138, , and/or C20A/9150
  • Demonstrated experience developing project schedules and assigning work; completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Minimal travel may be required

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with any or all of the following:
  • Knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies and practices
  • Developing and maintaining virtual training environments
  • Developing scenario training curricula
  • Creating training scenarios tailored to mission requirements and/or specific qualifications
  • Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) Training
  • Cryptologic Warfare Officer Basic Course (CWOBC) and Naval Cryptologic Collection Course (NAC3C) scenarios
  • CIWT C2F, C4F, C5F, C6F, and C7F SSES Team Training Level 1 and Level 2 scenarios
  • ACAT and ASAT scenarios

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary customer contact and manages overall company customer interface relationships for defined scope(s) of work to assure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct
  • Oversees maintenance, sustainment, and training support for scenario course development at CIWT Pensacola, NIWTG San Diego, and NIWTG Norfolk
  • Plans, Manages, and establishes a Configuration Management (CM) process for scenarios employed in CIWT, Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC), and NIWTG courses
  • Provides technical guidance to project team
  • Collaborates weekly/monthly with representatives across multiple time zones to review current tasks, planned tasks, prioritization of tasks, and roadblocks
  • Provides real-time monitoring of status/deliverables, tracking the quality of work products and gauging overall customer satisfaction
