SENIOR TRAINING MANAGER

We are looking for a Training Manager, to create and maintain an enterprise-wide, end-to-end training function. It will include leading a team of high-performing trainers across various areas, developing and maintaining relevant and current resources and ensuring a framework of training and development programs, that meet the needs of our current business and aligns with our strategic plan.
This person will work within the People & Learning function of Teachers Health, as a newly created role we really want someone to come in with a wealth of knowledge and makes this role their own!

• Lead large and diverse team of trainers
• Create enterprise-wide training programs aligned to overall company strategy
• Create partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive end-to-end training and development that is relevant, current and engaging
• Utilise the Kirkpatrick model of evaluation to its full extent, ensuring ROI on all training initiatives
• Coach and mentor trainers to a level of excellence
• Create capability frameworks, career paths and Training Needs Analyses for parts of the business and action the
