MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• CETA/MQA Registered Facilitator, Assessor and Registered Moderator on the following scope(s)
• Skills Programme in Operate Mobile Machinery for Surface Excavation operations
• National Certificate: Construction Plant Operations
• ETDP Statement of Results (& Provider certificate) for 115753 – Conduct outcomes-based assessments and 115759 – Conduct moderation of outcomes-based assessments (115755 – Design and Develop outcomes-based assessments an advantage) and 117871 – Facilitate learning using variety of given methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operating mobile machinery for surface excavation operations
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Mining and Construction Training Discipline
• Computer Literate
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Coaching and Mentoring skills
• Valid code 10 C1 driver’s license
• Must be willing to travel when required.

• Matric/ Grade 12 certificate or relevant NQF Level 4 Qualification as well as Computer Literate and Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Registered Assessor and Registered Moderator on the following scope(s)
• Skills Programme in Surface Mobile Operations
• ETDP Statement of Results (& Provider certificate) for Facilitation, conduct outcomes-based assessments Conduct moderation of outcomes-based assessments Design and Develop outcomes-based assessments an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating mobile machinery for surface excavations.
• OD ETDP will be an advantage
• Assist with development of learning material and methods
• Training, evaluation and assessment of learners and conducing of on-the-job training
• Presentation of surface mobile machinery operator skills programs
• Follow assessment methodologies and conduct assessments as per ISO standards
• Submission of accurate training progress reports
• Development of learning material and methods
• Implementation and achievement of agreed upon strategic objectives
• Presentation of mobile machinery skills programs
• Training, evaluation and assessment of learners and conducting of on-the-job training
• SHE adherence and alignment to ensure that safety targets are achieved
• Produce and maintain effective training results and reports
• Methodologies and conduct assessments as per ISO standards
• Address the requirements of Health and Safety Act
