JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Training Team Manager, you will be developing comprehensive training programs, materials that align with organizational goals & objectives and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with revenue operations and QA and use evaluation data to refine and improve training programs and strategies continuously.
  • Communicate training progress and results to stakeholders and through regular reports and presentations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of training coordinators and training specialists.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support employee career development initiatives by providing relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Develop and enforce standardized training procedures and protocols.
  • Plan and execute workshops, seminars, and other training events.
  • Identify potential risks associated with training programs and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback forms.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal trainers and Bird enablement team.
  • Collaborate with department heads, Sales, Marketing, QA, Product and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure they integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Analyze training outcomes to determine the impact on employee performance and productivity.
  • Create or curate engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and other instructional materials.
  • Identify and implement best practices in training and development to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
  • Provide ongoing development opportunities for the training team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in training and development to incorporate new methods and technologies.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of training tools, technologies, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Min 5+ years of previous experience in Sales Training Role.
  • Min 1+ years of management experience and good track record.
  • Experience with the software vendor, IT Services, SaaS space or system integrator space.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and ability to provide real-world examples and insights.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.
  • Strong sales expertise including in depth knowledge of various sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Winning by Design etc)
  • Strong Analytical and Assessment Skills .
  • Experience engaging with a training cohort remotely.
  • Strong communication skills supported by an energetic and engaging attitude.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
