YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage all investor transactions related to Private Equity and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital calls, while ensuring clear and professional communication in English.
• Ensure accurate processing of drawdowns, distributions, and capital account statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update the investor register and monitor anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams (fund accounting, compliance, legal) and external stakeholders (AIFMs, auditors, investors) to ensure smooth fund operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors and regulators.
• Handle daily operational tasks linked to regulated and unregulated funds under the AIFM framework.
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to project initiatives to enhance service delivery.
