Responsibilities:

  • Change and transformation program management and roadmap build
  • Training and coaching internal resources for growth and efficiency
  • Process mapping, diagnostic, implementation, facilitation, influencing with business owners
  • Reporting of transformation opportunities
  • Build of change and transformation framework
  • Management Support for strategic directions and audit
  • Applies continuous improvement, agile, design thinking techniques to draw insights and build improvement opportunities
  • Facilitates deep dives, brainstorming and improvement workshops to identify root causes, improvement opportunities and solution design
  • Integrates business areas and ensures aligned assurance of business functions
  • Supports digital transformation across the business
  • Articulates and quantifies business efficiencies, benefits and success criteria
  • Builds performance management framework, solution and operational excellence sustainability, handover techniques and KPIs monitoring framework
  • Facilitates control set up and audit artefacts data retention, as well as data governance process
  • Applies changes techniques to adjust company culture in line with management strategic goals
  • Supports with setting up Program management standards across the company
  • Collaborates with peers from different business areas to build transformation and educational framework
  • Gathers business and data requirements for digital technology system
