Your opportunity
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Transport Planner who is ready for the next step in their career, to make their mark and play a senior role in some major projects supporting the city’s growth over the next 20 years and the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role is responsible for the delivery and implementation of key elements for the Redlands Coast Transport Plan Strategy and other transport planning policies, strategies and projects that reflect the current and future needs of the community.
This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work on some significant transport planning initiatives that support City Catalyst and Revitalisation projects, as well as rapidly developing areas of Redlands Coast.

In addition to delivering transport plans and policies, you will prepare many complex reports, consult multiple stakeholders and the community and advocate transport planning outcomes for the betterment of the City.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with networking, negotiation, public speaking and influencing skills being essential to this position.
