Description:

This role is responsible for the governance and management of the P2P Corporate Card and Travel portfolio, ensuring all processes are established, compliant and operate effectively across Australia and/or New Zealand. The role will support the Manager, P2P Data & Corporate Card Management in the delivery of an effective and efficient P2P Operations model that supports the groups planned growth strategy, whilst meeting the needs of Customers and key stakeholders.

The key objectives of the role are to:

  • Creating and updating travel and expense user profiles
  • Resolving travel and credit card related issues raised through Downer’s Service Now Portal
  • Reconciling credit card statement against Expense Management System data
  • Reconciling and managing personal use of corporate card repayment
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Managing credit card clearing account
  • Accurate management & maintenance of Employee profile in Travel and Expense Management platform/s.
  • Accurate management & maintenance of Corporate Cards
  • Work collaboratively with other Downer colleagues.
  • Support the development of people capability and engagement and supports business performance outcomes.
  • Thought leadership on supporting effective people management and change practices.
  • Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, standards and processes are followed (The Downer Standard)
