Job Introduction
Sodexo operates a European Treasury Centre (“ETC”) in Dublin, providing services to a range of regions globally and is now looking to recruit a permanent Senior Treasury Analyst as part of a well-established team
This role would specifically manage the Treasury operations of France, which is an important and high-profile region for Sodexo.
The person would work closely with the local French Finance team, so French language skills are required for this role.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within Treasury or Finance
  • French language skills are required (fluency would be advantageous)
  • Previous corporate treasury experience desirable
  • Degree in business, finance or economics desirable
  • Strong TMS experience desirable (ideally Kyriba) plus good IT skills
  • Strong focus on best practice procedures and controls
  • Strong (internal) customer focus and stakeholder management
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple activities with competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral

Responsibilities:

  • Daily cash and liquidity management, and treasury closing
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, cash-pools, bank and treasury systems
  • Bank account management and optimisation of bank costs
  • Processing various treasury payments and transfers across a suite of banking systems
  • Review and completion of banking and systems documentation
  • Executing cash and FX transactions, and supporting bank guarantee requirements
  • Reporting and analysis of daily cash position and cash analysis
  • Forecast preparation and monitoring
  • Execution and monitoring of certain intercompany funding arrangements
  • Issue resolution with local Finance and Accounting teams
  • Working with auditors on quarterly and year-end audit
  • Provide support and back up to other members of the ETC
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects as required – including onboarding of new regions to the ETC
  • Focus on process improvement and leveraging the Treasury Management System
