Senior Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in the retail industry, located in El Segundo, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves tasks such as managing daily treasury and cash operations, performing financial analysis, coordinating internal investor relations, and providing administrative support. The workplace will follow a hybrid model, allowing you to work both from home and on-site.

• Oversee daily treasury operations including cash balance forecasting, borrowings, wire transfers, and bank agreement compliance reporting.
• Carry out various forms of financial analysis, including routine business metrics, support for budgeting, and monthly forecasting process.
• Coordinate internal investor relations activities, including liaising with external investor relations firms and managing administrative interface with investors.
• Provide support and conduct analysis for the Chief Financial Officer.
• Employ various software systems such as Accounting Software Systems, Banking software, Bloomberg Terminal, and Concur for efficient operation.
• Perform data processing and manage accounting functions.
• Operate Automated Clearing House (ACH) and manage banking operations.
• Handle capital management, cash activity, treasury, and cash applications.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Banking software
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal
• Proficiency in Concur software
• Skills in Data Processing and Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations
• Understanding of Banking Operations
• Experience in Capital Management
• Ability to manage Cash Activity and Treasury
• Experience with Cash Applications
• Prior experience in a similar role in the Retail industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
