Description:
At KFH we are looking for a Senior Treasury Clerk to join our Block Management Accounts team in Wimbledon.
Are you currently, or have you previously worked in a treasury role? Are you detail orientated and a great problem solver? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. Responsibilities:
- Download bank statements allocate receipts and reconcile the main receipts account.
- Process Sage Pay with debit card receipts and post web portal receipts.
- Set up leaseholder direct debits and handle their requests.
- Manage ad-hoc re-allocations, lessee refunds, and tenant direct debit queries.
- Investigate missing payments based on queries from the business.
- Respond to all emails promptly and take leaseholder calls regarding direct debit payments.
