Minimum Required Experience: 15+ years
Pay Rate: $60 on Contract W2 or 1099

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• The Ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in UX Design interface.
• 15+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, mobile and design systems for a SaaS or similar product
• You need experience with HTML, CSS, and React js front-end framework to communicate with engineers easily.
• Must have Python experience
• Should know data visualization libraries (for example, amCharts, D3.js, Chart.js) is a plus.
• Have to lead design work on successful digital products, demonstrating user- and human-centered design approaches.
• Must have advanced Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture skills.
• Intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as User Research, UX Writing, Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mockups.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiar with Design systems, Invision, Sketch, and Figma
• Excellent verbal and written communication is required to collaborate with teams.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Develop and implement user interface components using the React library to enhance application performance and user experience across various web-enabled devices and browsers.
• Design and build reusable and modular React components to promote code reusability and maintainability, facilitating more accessible updates and scaling of the application.
• Integrate Azure cloud services to streamline operations and improve the scalability of web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain the application’s front-end and back-end components, leveraging Python for full-stack development.
• Create, customize, and tune web UI to meet project specifications and enhance usability.
• Manage Azure AD single sign-on to ensure secure and streamlined user authentication and access management.
• Handle streaming chat output to provide real-time communication capabilities within the application.
• Manage and enhance the prompt template gallery to improve the functionality and flexibility of chat services.
• Develop and maintain user APIs using Flask and FastAPI to facilitate seamless integration and interaction between application components.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure the product aligns with strategic objectives and customer expectations.
• Optimize application performance through code enhancements and advanced programming techniques, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and functionality.
