Senior UI UX Figma Designer (PL686)

We are a passionate group that has been focused on execution, delivery, and client satisfaction. We are seeking multiple ServiceNow Developers to assist our client in the consulting services sector with future projects. This is will be a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.
You will be responsible for leading the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms, conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance usability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Expert with Figma.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in designing inclusive user interfaces.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Expert with Figma.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and leveraging data analytics to drive design decisions.

• Knowledge of mobile and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams. • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in designing inclusive user interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:
