Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet all relevant regulatory requirements, while also providing strategic advice to stakeholders on compliance risks and opportunities.   • A great understanding of LCCP, AML, MLR, CTF requirements, relevant guidance and best practices
  • Experience with GBGC engagement such as compliance assessments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for effective risk assessment and management

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Monitor and implement changes in UK and Gibraltar gambling regulations, directives
  • Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure company’s operations adhere to applicable UK and Gibraltar requirements.
  • Oversee submission of regulatory report, license renewals and routine licensing applications
  • Drafting and ensuring submission of appropriate regulatory notifications
  • Ensure appropriate governance and strategies in line with UK Gambling Commission expectations and internal UK Compliance Committee structure
  • Conduct and contribute to regular risk assessments, updating risk registers and identifying appropriate key risk indicators
  • Promote a “compliance culture” - ensuring the right outcomes for players, going beyond minimum regulatory requirements
  • Advise on investigations into potential compliance/risk incidents
