We are seeking a Senior Underwriting Associate with underwriting, claims, or customer support experience—ideally in home insurance in European markets.
As part of our dynamic Underwriting team, you’ll dive deep into complex scenarios while assisting our customers, making risk-based decisions, and contributing to the development and organisation of team practices.

• Make decisions on internal referrals and on policies up for review using our underwriting guidelines and your experience and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding underwriting investigations and decisions
• Play a key role in shaping the underwriting guidelines and processes for home insurance products in multiple countries
• Initiate and contribute to high-level projects to improve team efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to other team members, serving as a trusted resource
