As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product direction and user-centered design. If you’re a collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented researcher, we want you to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • UX Expertise: 5+ years of experience conducting end-to-end UX research, including usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, and concept testing. You are experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong Communication: You excel in translating research findings into clear, actionable insights that inspire design and product innovation.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product management, and engineering) to ensure that research is at the core of product development.
  • Strategic Influence: Strong storytelling and facilitation skills to bring data to life, ensuring your research influences key product decisions.
  • Self-starter: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple research projects independently while navigating ambiguity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the tech or fintech sectors (e.g., banking, SaaS, mobile products) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, advanced analytics platforms, or global research practices is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead High-Impact Research: Define, plan, and execute mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative) to shape product strategies across banking and fintech products.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and other teams from the early stages of ideation to product launch, ensuring that research insights drive innovative and user-centered solutions.
  • Workshop & Facilitate: In addition to conducting research, you will lead design workshops, sprints, and collaborative planning processes to align stakeholders and build empathy across the organization, ensuring that roadmaps incorporate key user pain points and opportunities.
  • Drive Actionable Insights: Analyze and communicate data through storytelling, creating compelling presentations that inform decision-making at all levels, from tactical improvements to strategic business directions.
  • Influence Product Strategy: You will continuously refine the product experience by bringing new research insights into the product development cycle, making a measurable impact on business and user outcomes.
