THE OPPORTUNITY - SENIOR USER RESEARCHER II (REMOTE - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to join our talented Design & Research team. This role is open to applicants in the USA and Canada. You can work fully remotely, or from one of our offices, or a combination of both.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other researchers, designers, developers and product managers to help create elegant solutions to Wrapbook customer problems
  • Lead large-sized projects that directly impact the customer experience with significant autonomy
  • Produce simple and intuitive research reports that document customer jobs and pain points and provide innovative recommendations, next steps, and ownership
  • Understand and engage with Wrapbook customers continually, influencing the product experience on behalf of the customer, understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Influence and elevate the customer experience, closing the loop on research findings, and highlighting success and failures to drive change
  • Develop and drive customer and experience metrics using qualitative and quantitative data that help inform product and design decisions
