REQUIREMENTS
Your skills
- 5+ years working as a user researcher in a consumer-facing product
- Strong command of qualitative research methods (e.g. interviews, field research, focus groups)
- Proficient in conducting evaluative / usability research in an iterative product development environment
- Experience employing a broad range of user research methodologies, and developing novel approaches where needed
- Excellent presentation skills, and a clear written and verbal communicator
- Excel at weaving together research insights from multiple sources to create a strong narrative
- Experience running research operations, including roadmap planning, participant recruitment, and maintaining a research repository
- Advocating for users’ needs and building an organizational culture of user-centered design
SALARY, START-DATE & LOCATION
- We use a salary benchmark for the Dutch high-tech sector to set your salary based on your experience. We expect that the annual gross salary for the experience we are looking for ranges from 55k-65k Euro per year.
- We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we envision a start date as soon as possible.
