• Collaborate with UI design, development, and product management teams to craft innovative, user-centered UX concepts for our Private Banking digital channels, shaping the future of our digital customer experience.
• Take ownership of the process of creating prototypes and wireframes, testing concepts, and guiding them through to the final product.
• Lead and facilitate user research, analyze customer feedback and data, and uncover valuable insights into our customers’ needs.
• Drive the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital solutions.
• Establish UX standards that inspire the team, sharing best practices and innovative approaches to elevate our digital experience.
