SKILLS WE VALUE

• Experience: Typically 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work on complex, cloud-based solutions or SaaS products.
• User-Centered Design: A demonstrated proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience with processes, testing, and user research.
• Design Tools: Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools with a keen eye for detail and visual hierarchy. Hands-on with Tailwind CSS to create responsive interfaces that are visually appealing is a plus.
• Experience with Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with (if not the ability to code) TypeScript and frameworks like Svelte or React. While Svelte experience isn’t required, a solid background in JavaScript frameworks would be beneficial.
• API and Cloud Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud services and understanding of API-drive architectures, ideally with experience designing interfaces that interact with Kubernetes clusters or similar backend services.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to analyse user feedback, behaviour analytics, and other data to inform design direction.
• Scalable Design Systems: Experience building or working within a scalable system, contributing to a cohesive experience across product offerings.
• Collaboration: Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and decisions clearly to a wide audience.

BONUS SKILLS:

• Some understanding of Machine Learning & AI: Interest in AI-drive product development, and enthusiasm for finding new ways of integrating it into UX design.
• Product-Building: Some product-building experience with design focus, balancing user empathy and technical understanding.
