Are you a seasoned UX Designer ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to elevate our team’s capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead: Take charge of the discovery and design phases of key projects
- Engage: Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives
- Research: Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings
- Prototype: Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Test & Refine: Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate: Work with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward
- Delegate & Mentor: Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects
- Promote: Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches
