And we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to reinforce our team!
You will be creative task-based problem solvers who are passionate about creating experiences that engage the imagination whilst empowering users to bring the brand to life. Involved in projects from the beginning, UX Designers work with UI designers and developers to help produce the experience vision from concept to finished product.
Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;
  • Experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design and research skills;
  • Proficiency in Figma and testing tools like UserTesting.com;
  • Experience with UX research methodologies and experience conducting user research methods;
  • Solve complex design problems;
  • Experience creating exceptional user experiences;
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices;
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment;
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the design process from research and concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience;
  • Conduct user research (e.g.: desk research, interviews, card sorting exercises,…) to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points;
  • Evaluate interfaces against UX best practices, usability principles, accessibility standards and inclusive design practices;
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and our goals;
  • Create and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, strategists, developers, and other designers to provide a cohesive design vision;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and research;
  • Guide junior UX designers, promoting a culture of learning and improvement.
    You will report to the Executive Design Director.
