ABOUT THE DIGITAL PRODUCT TEAM

The digital product team is dedicated to creating innovative and engaging digital experiences for children and educators. We are committed to enriching the lives of users through interactive and educational applications that inspire creativity, learning, and fun. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team and help us enhance the user experience across our digital products on web, iOS, Android and tooling through deepening the understanding of our educators and learners needs. Your insights will power the strategy and ensure we’re delivering user-centred design and product solutions to real-world problems.

• Be a User Advocate: Deeply understand and empathise with our diverse user base, including
  educators and learners. Champion user-centred design and ensure that user feedback directly

influences product development.

• Communicate Effectively: Clearly and effectively present research findings, both in written reports and verbal presentations. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Think Critically and Analytically: Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and

translate it into clear, actionable insights. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a

keen eye for detail.

• Be Proactive and Organized: Take initiative and manage multiple research projects simultaneously

with minimal supervision. Exhibit strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• Be Collaborative: Thrive in a team environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
