SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented UX Researcher with a passion for client engagement and customer success. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding client needs, effectively communicating research findings, and driving customer satisfaction.
In addition to your client-facing work, you will join an established and growing HCD practice within the company. The HCD practice offers talented professionals empowerment, challenge, and growth. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with external clients such as governmental agencies
- Proficiency in UX research tools, artifacts, and methodologies
- UX Design background and data visualization skills
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience
