GameChanger by DICK’S Sporting Goods works to connect families via live video streaming of games, scorekeeping and team communication tools for more than half a million teams. Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Independently lead research planning and execution using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, building alignment with cross-functional peers and stakeholders throughout the research process.
- Collaborate with Design and Product leadership to align research priorities and roadmap across multiple work streams in a rapidly changing environment.
- Clearly communicate insights and learnings, tying directly to actionable next steps and impact on product direction.
- Represent customer needs and opportunities, backed by data, in strategic product planning and prioritization.
- Develop and grow a research practice that unlocks customer insights and value. Develop processes and norms and provide coaching to the Product Designers and Managers.
- Question the status quo and advocate for change.
The target salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $170,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
