THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead our user research initiatives and provide valuable insights that inform the design and development of our client products.
Our Consultants work closely with our clients, bringing their wide range of expertise and consulting acumen to a business. The variety of work consulting brings will expose you to a wide range of business domains and industries. You won’t just do – you help educate the client and guide them to successful outcomes.
Being a consultant means that you will develop your experience and confidence to consult with clients beyond just a focus on delivery.
You’ll be helping clients on strategic initiatives and identify future opportunities while being supported by our leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define research strategy by establishing objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and planning and executing research studies.
Conduct user research including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and ethnographic studies, to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Deliver research artefacts such as user personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts that inform and guide design decisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user research and advocate for their integration into our research processes.
Mentor and guide junior researchers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth within the consultancy.
