• You will enable our product teams to make informed decisions by systematically and validly uncovering customer needs, integrating the insights gained into the development process, and ensuring emerging solutions are aligned with customer benefits
• You will be an ambassador for UX in the organization. In close collaboration with Business Units, you will identify needs for complex and cross-functional UX issues, steer research activities to address them, and enable data-driven strategic decisions and forecasts
• You will contribute to building structures and processes for efficient and scalable UX Research within the organization. This includes establishing and maintaining a Research Repository, connecting existing data sources in the company, moderating the UX Research Community, and developing a pool of participants and associated processes
• Playing a crucial role in democratizing UX Research within the organization, you will develop guides and templates, and provide training in UX fundamentals, mindset, and methods to empower project teams to execute operational user research
