  • Design Systems: Experience creating and working with design systems. You’re an advocate for craft and accessibility, delivering high-quality UX, UI and interaction design in the products you work on or oversee, and know when to lean on an existing pattern or when to explore something new. Nice to have: e-commerce design.
  • Research and Intuition: Balance instincts and research, relying on intuition when needed and knowing when and how to employ research methods. You communicate options and decisions using a mix of data and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to create and deliver engaging digital experiences.
  • Expert in user journeys and behavior to make meaningful improvements, informed by user needs and feedback.
  • Continuously improve by iterating on interactions, flows, patterns, data visualization, visual design, and the delivery of new features.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences, using these findings to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes, effectively communicating insights and designs to collaborators and stakeholders.

Design Team Oversight:

  • Incorporate best-practice design processes into our development cycles.
  • Run friendly and constructive reviews and critiques with the design team and stakeholders.
  • Support and mentor other designers to help them deliver outstanding results.
