Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric designs that elevate our products and services. As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience strategy and leading a team of talented designers.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user insights and data analysis.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to eectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our design processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successfuldesign solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, andinteraction design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design conceptsand rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading design projects and managing a team of designer(s).
