Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Value Stream Integration Procurement Agent (level 4) to join our team in Everett, WA. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving improvements within our programs, ensuring teams are prepared for continuous enhancement towards zero injuries, zero defects, and zero FOD. The team works in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, non-standard procurement world connecting the external supply chain through Fabrication to the Programs. We are looking for individuals that thrive in collaborative environments and leading actions independently. The role requires strong partnerships with the enterprise Supply Chain teams, Fabrication Business Units, and other support organizations to understand the issues affecting distressed suppliers. Candidates navigate through unique supplier situations, and partner in developing, monitoring, and controlling robust risk mitigation plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 5+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management and Supplier Recoveries
• 5+ years of collecting data, summarizing, making recommendations, and presenting to leadership
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics and/or project management processes

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

In this role you will be the point of contact for Fabrication Major Business Unit(s) supporting efforts to:

• Drive improvements to external shortages, 2nd issues, quality defects, etc. to ensure on-time parts delivery
• Identify supplier risks by analyzing delivery and quality trends, rate readiness, and work transfers
• Monitor supplier recovery plans to help mitigate future FAB impacts
• Integrate with impacted stakeholders and elevate issues to leadership for resolution
• Mentor and develop employees in Supply Chain processes and acumen
