ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree focused on technology, commerce, economics, entrepreneurship, administration or management; or acceptable combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years recent and related experience in external relations, strategic community development, business development, stakeholder relations and/or venture management, with a combination of project, program, and product management
- Significant customer service experience is required including confidence working with high performing teams and multiple stakeholders including senior technology executives and angel investors
- Significant experience in event planning and project coordination
- Demonstrated work experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem with startups, technology companies, or venture capital is preferred, including a strong understanding of business models and drivers of success in startups
- Entrepreneurial and highly motivated with a strong interest in startups and venture capital
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a complex, dynamic, and sophisticated organization
- Demonstrated professionalism, tact, and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously; strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills including GSuite and Microsoft Office applications is required
- Advanced skills and knowledge of social media and emerging communications technologies (i.e. Slack, Airtable, Salesforce)
