Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a proven, inspiring, expert to lead strategic initiatives that drive labor efficiency, streamline business processes, and enable long-term operational success. This role will be responsible for overseeing large-scale optimization projects, closely partnering with the Operations Deployment and Enablement team to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization. The SVP will play a pivotal role in improving labor productivity, enhancing process optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while ensuring that all change initiatives are effectively communicated and embraced at all levels.
The SVP, Business Optimization at C&W Services will report to the CEO. The candidate should be a strategic change agent with a focus on transformative labor optimization. The SVP, Business Optimization, possessing an exceptionally high EQ, will be an effective leader capable of developing, motivating, and inspiring others to deliver results. The SVP will act as a representative both within Cushman & Wakefield and externally for C&W Services.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / CAPABILITIES / COMPETENCIES:
- Expertise in leading large-scale transformation projects with a focus on labor management and business process optimization.
- Strong experience working closely with Operations Deployment and Enablement team to ensure smooth adoption and implementation of new processes.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Deep knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and technology-driven process improvements.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to monitor performance and drive strategic decisions.
- Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams through transformative change.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in labor efficiency and business processes.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, particularly with Operations Deployment and Enablement and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment - ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt easily to rapidly changing business conditions. Able to operate effectively in a matrix environment
- High EQ with excellent relationship building skills. Open, flexible, able to learn new concepts quickly.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, operational efficiency, or a related field, with a strong focus on labor optimization and process improvement.
- Proven track record of leading successful transformation efforts, ideally with a significant partnership with Change Management teams.
- Extensive experience driving labor and process efficiency initiatives in complex organizational environments.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $255,000.00 - $300,000.00
