THE POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in digital transformation and e-commerce optimization. This person excels in enhancing e-commerce and technology capabilities to drive global business growth. They have a mindset in championing the use of digital technology and practices to improve internal ways of working as well as the full digital customer experience. As a key member of the senior leadership team, they will collaborate across the global and regional organizations to spearhead our efforts in e-commerce and digital innovation.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven and established leader with global experience launching and overseeing digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated success and experience in leading a global e-commerce business and driving digital consumer engagement across omni-channel platforms.
  • Extensive experience in developing eCommerce capabilities, including SEO enhancements, merchandising strategies, and paid search optimization.
  • Proven leadership in executing successful digital transformation projects, fostering cultural change across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and their related technical solutions.
  • An innovative, disruptive mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Outstanding people leadership skills, with the ability and desire to inspire, coach, mentor and develop team members to unlock their potential.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear and ambitious e-commerce and digital strategy that aligns with the overall global brand strategy and vision.
  • Drive excellence and significant business growth across our e-commerce channels, including CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure digital initiatives are seamlessly integrated with the strategic planning process, securing leadership buy-in and appropriate resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital solutions for products, services, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
  • Partner with IT to manage and oversee the digital innovation project portfolio.
  • Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to build and scale a digital innovation ecosystem that delivers value both internally and externally.
  • Identify and implement new tools in collaboration with IT that enhance and elevate our digital solutions.
  • Partner with Human Resources to attract and retain top digital talent and foster the development of digital capabilities throughout the organization.
