Job Description
This position serves as executor, change agent, operational leader and thought partner to the executive team. The position is responsible for executing organizational priorities, leading organizational change initiatives, and ensuring alignment across the network and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans from concept to implementation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is required.
- Successful history managing teams in achieving desired outcomes and developing multi-functional work plan.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully promoting innovative ideas to diverse constituents.
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of culture and business processes across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated record as an action-taker and ability to execute plans and strategies.
- Demonstrated strong ability to influence others and create buy-in.
- Demonstrated excellent project management, organizational, analytical planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are required.
- Must possess exceptional reasoning, problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated superior ability to build relationships and influence others by interacting with a broad range of stakeholders with different interests and needs is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively in an ambiguous, dynamic, entrepreneurial department is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines while maintaining a steadfast attention to detail is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Publisher, Outlook) and PC skills are required.

Essential Functions
- Ensure strategy alignment and positioning in support of national vision
- Package network facing initiatives to ensure they ladder up to national strategy and vision
- Align a national partners and resources to advance work
- Co-create a messaging & positioning to optimize storytelling
- Design network facing strategy to improve awareness and increase value proposition
- Serve as strategic partner to network/external portfolio leadership
- Lead within team based environment, leveraging skills and expertise to deliver work with increased ROI
- Retain big picture vision and support team in filtering how we advance work, allocate resources, prioritize messaging, etc.
- Support network and external facing teams in achieving metrics and delivering outputs in support of advancing local Y sustainability
- Provide leadership and project management to assigned national initiatives
- Connect dots across external and networking facing priorities to ensure common approach, consistent language and unified messaging
