We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer to join our Pershing Engineering Team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ-Hybrid

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
- Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods required.
- Knowledge on Lean Portfolio management functions, financial management and Agile transformation.
- Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.
- Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas. Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same. Desire to create positive team experiences and collaborative environment
