Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess sustainability risk requirements from regulators
  • Drive and support sustainability requirement projects / workstreams
  • Develop and maintain Sustainability Risk Management Framework for Citco (Group and/or legal entities), designing and maintaining relevant policies and/or procedures and ensure that they integrate with the ERM Framework:
  • Work with business management to integrate sustainability risk into the business strategy and appropriate targets
  • Work with teams to integrate sustainability risk controls into the processes
  • Work with teams to identify and improve the sustainability risk data / indicators
  • Internal subject matter expert to support the assessment of sustainability risk queries from clients
  • Liaise and provide updates to stakeholders (risk committees, boards, regulators, clients) on sustainability risk
  • Drive Double Materiality Assessment process for entities in scope of CSRD
  • Assists the business in the identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of applicable sustainability risks and double materiality assessments, including presenting findings to key stakeholders;
  • Maintains communication with key stakeholders, including but not limited to; Senior Management, Group Risk Management, Group Compliance, Corporate Sustainability, Group Finance and Group Internal Audit alongside supporting communication with external stakeholders such as regulators and external audit;
  • Assists management in embedding sustainability requirements awareness and practices within the business;
  • Participates actively in sustainability and risk committee meetings and develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Embed robust sustainability risk and control governance structures and a strong risk culture across the organization;
  • Supports the First Line and coordinating the reaction and response with key partners including Group Risk Management, Group Internal Audit, Group Compliance and other Group functions where required; and
  • Function as a trusted advisor within the business and assist in the provision of risk and control awareness training and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.
