We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role as Senior Vice President Team Leader Sales Inbound Business.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Handles all Inbound business within 1 sales team. This includes all ISB, MNC and IBT segments which falls under Multinational & International Subsidiaries Banking coverage
  • This role requires knowledge in navigating the complexity of international deals. Including driving complex deal and spotting new opportunities that arises in different country corridor
  • This role is a key driver for multiple sales initiative in growing corridors, NFI drive and product commercialization push
  • The TL is responsible to grow themselves and their team members in terms of individual skills and networking between countries
  • The TL will be responsible for the achievement of their team members and themselves, developing high-quality cash management sales team through proper coaching and training.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be an Indonesian National
  • High performer in Transaction Banking Sales with clear track record within the last 3 years,
  • Experience in navigating cross border deals and networking with international managers,
  • Ability to execute initiatives and grow their team member individual skills,
  • Experienced in cross border policy and regulatory condition, aligning with the complexity of International business

Responsibilities:
