Responsibilities:

Your role will strive to ensure that our people have access to the learning tools and resources required to perform their duties. This will include, but, is not limited to; internal eLearning content, process documents, learning guides, and internal workshops. You are expected to build and support the PE functions SME (Subject Matter Expert) network, which will create and facilitate learning content to widen the reach of learning support for the function globally.
In collaboration with HR, in particular the L and D dept. you will promote a learning culture throughout the Private Equity – Fund Accounting function and apply a best practice and continuous improvement approach to learning and development as well as focus on key priorities and achievement of service level targets.
Additional to that you will partner with L and D to support the development of our top talent to ensure succession planning throughout the function, actively promoting self-development through the use of tools, such as; LinkedIn Learning and Gartner.
This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of loan agency administrative functions and documentation preparation.

You will be responsible for the oversight and build out of a team of 5-10 full time employees in executing the daily tasks associated with the full lifecycle of Loan Agency including but not limited to:

  • Directing the process for review and execution of agreements in which Citco will perform and provide Administrative Agent functions in accordance with LSTA/LMA practices and guidelines
  • Works with the PE Leadership team to further define, scope and articulate the details behind the strategy to enable successful implementation of key changes.
  • Develop a business case for each project and presenting to senior leadership for approval.
  • Monitor the progress of each project to achieve deliverables.
  • Developing a detailed plan for all new or upgrades to existing systems and process.
  • Develop process maps to understand all proposed scenarios.
  • Promotes new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks.
  • Co-ordinate with IT in design and development of new systems.
  • Liaise with L and D to develop training plans for system and process changes.
  • Determine how to allocate resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Identifies and calls out emerging risks and potential roadblocks to successful implementation early
  • When needed, work with external vendors on design of new PE products and services.
  • Analyze data to measure and report adoption of new processes/systems.
  • Establish communication plans to notify PE staff and clients (when needed) on proposed changes.
  • Consult with PE strategic leaders and L and D to identify high priority learning needs/gaps.
  • Partner with L and D to execute learning needs analysis, design and development in line with agreed best-practice standards and processes.
  • Engage with L and D on the development of a Private Equity ‘core’ learning program that successfully supports the global on-boarding and inducting of Private Equity team members.
  • Collaborate with L and D to build a SME network to increase learning opportunities and provide greater learning structure for bespoke/client requirements.
  • Partner L and D to curate PE LinkedIn learning paths specific for functional learning support.
  • Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance – manager and learner engagement.
  • Promote a culture of coaching, empowering leaders to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams.
  • Drive Learner Engagement and develop a communication plan that will enhance utilization rates.
