Your tasks

  • Brand Advancement and Market Expansion: Promote the company as a premier provider of comprehensive biologics services
  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Establish and steer the business development / sales organization, develop long-term strategies and implement plan for introducing major new strategies
  • Global Business Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships, propel business advancement, and oversee (worldwide) sales, marketing and program management; Expand the customer base
  • Operational Leadership: direct teams across sales, business development, program management and marketing; Manage pricing and revenue strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and marketing efficacy while maintaining global custiomer satisfaction
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Generate and distribute marketing materials and communications to aid customer engagement and train sales teams; Ensure alignment of contract signings with strategic business goals
  • Strategic Market Positioning: Identify and exploit market segments to boost competitiveness and differentiation, Enhance business portfolio in collaboration with R&D and BD teams and improve commercial and efficiency

Your profile

  • University degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy or related fiel das well as business and project management expertise
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development in the Pharmaceutical and CDMO industry
  • In-depth knowledge in the areas of production processes, quality management and strategic management
  • 15+ years of experience in a management position
  • Fluency in English
